Terms of service
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed via the Fyrenzo online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time; the version published on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
2. Contracting Party and Contact Details

If you have any questions about these Terms, an order, or any of our policies, please contact us using the details above and we will be happy to assist you.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer to sell. They are an invitation for you to place an order with us. When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart.
Receiving an automatic order confirmation by email does not, in itself, constitute our acceptance of your offer — it simply confirms that we have received your order. A binding contract of sale is only formed once we either send you a separate order acceptance email or dispatch the goods to you, whichever occurs first.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in GBP and include statutory VAT together with any other mandatory price components. They do not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately and shown to you clearly during checkout before you complete your order, so that you always know the full total you will be charged before confirming your purchase.
At present, we ship orders within the United Kingdom.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. The available payment methods are presented to you during checkout and currently include:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Diners Club
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your full card details on our own systems.
6. Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch every order within 1–2 business days of the contract being concluded or payment being received, whichever applies. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes a further 2–4 business days to arrive. These are estimated timeframes; occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, and we will inform you as soon as we become aware of any significant delay affecting your order.
7. Retention of Title
All goods supplied remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until title passes to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods.
8. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal in addition to the return rights described below. Full details of your statutory right of withdrawal are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms, which form part of these Terms.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following return terms:
- Return window: You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it.
- Return shipping costs: We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we are happy to offer an exchange as an alternative.
9. Warranty
All goods sold through our store are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery, in addition to any statutory warranty rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If a product you purchased from us develops a defect within the warranty period, please contact us using the details in Section 2 so that we can assess your claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
10. Dispute Resolution
We always encourage customers to contact us directly first so that we can try to resolve any concern or complaint quickly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact, either party remains free to pursue the matter through the courts or any other dispute resolution channel available under the governing law referred to below.
11. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in this section removes or reduces any mandatory consumer protection rights you are entitled to under the law of the country in which you are resident.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us
Fyrenzo

Email: contact@fyrenzo.shop
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
